1. OVERVIEW

1a). The website/store (https://mc-shop.store/) is exclusively operated by MC-Shop and its representatives. By accessing any portion of MC-Shop you agree to all terms, conditions, and future adjustments to this document that may occur. Under any circumstances that you do not agree to the below-mentioned terms, you are not to access any portion of the MC-Shop website or store. 

1b). If it is deemed necessary for an adjustment to occur, you may or may not be notified. It is your responsibility to review the terms and conditions in this document regularly to remain up to date.

2. COPYRIGHT

2a). When accessing MC-Shop’s store, you will be given access to view the purchasable digital assets we provide to the public. The digital assets are but are not limited to builds, models, designs, etc.

2b.) Under no circumstances will you hold the rights to distribute, use, or portray products as your own. Copyright is still applied to the digital asset, regardless of alterations made to it after purchase.

3. PAYMENTS

3a). When purchasing a digital asset from MC-Shop you understand that you are required to pay the posted price mentioned in the store. Unless you are given a predetermined discount code, there are to be no requests for a discount or free digital asset to be provided by the author or MC-Shop’s representatives. 

3b). We hold the right to not provide any support/assistance if you decide to purchase the digital asset from an outside source and are conclusively scammed. You are only to complete payment under legitimate/accurate information of yourself or someone else if provided prior permission.

4. REFUNDS

4a). The digital assets you receive are digital files you will receive instantly after completing the purchase, therefore, we have a strict no refund policy.

4b). If you have a legitimate reason as to why you feel you are eligible for a refund, you may contact one of our representatives through a support ticket. The decision will be discussed among the present parties and a final decision will be provided. You are to accept this final decision, regardless of the said decision being one you’re in disagreement with.

5. CHARGEBACKS

5a). MC-Shop has a strict no chargeback policy. There shall be no attempt to chargeback or claim payments to MC-Shop to be fraudulent after successfully purchasing a digital asset. 

5b). Under the circumstances that a customer decides to attempt to chargeback or claim MC-Shop’s payment as fraudulent, it will be considered a scam. Similarly, if you use a third party’s information to purchase a digital asset and they decide to chargeback or claim payments to be fraudulent, the original customer will be held accountable. 

5c). In the situation that a chargeback or fraudulent payment claim is to occur, MC-Shop retains all rights to take the necessary actions and precautions to reclaim lost digital assets or capital. These actions include, but are not limited to Scam Reports / Payment Disputes, Compensation of lost capital, or Legal suits / Police reports.

6. DIGITAL ASSETS

6a). All purchased digital assets, which include, but are not limited to builds, models, designs, etc. will be automatically available in your store account after a successful purchase.

6b). It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure all billing information is accurate when making a purchase. If inaccurate billing information is used, MC-Shop retains the right to not provide a refund or transfer of the digital asset if requested.

6c). After purchasing the digital asset, this does not mean you own the digital asset by any means. The digital asset will remain the property of MC-Shop and their original creator regardless of any third parties making alterations to the purchased digital asset. 

7. DISTRIBUTION

7a). With all purchased digital assets, under no circumstances may you sell or distribute the digital assets on their own to third parties, unless certain requirements are met.

7b). You may only sell or distribute the digital assets if you are selling/distributing them through a one-time purchase of your entire server/organization.

7c). If you would like to discuss purchasing resell rights of the digital asset, you must contact both MC-Shop’s representatives through a support ticket and the original creator of the digital asset to receive written permission. 

8. MARKETING ASSETS

8a). All of the screenshots, renders, and other marketing/promotional art for digital assets remain under the ownership of MC-Shop and their original creators after successfully purchasing the digital assets.

8b). If you were to purchase resell rights to the digital assets, that will not include the screenshots, renders, and other marketing/promotional art. Resell rights only pertain to the digital asset itself, no additional assets.

9. SUPPORT

9a). With every purchase of digital assets made to MC-Shop, you will have 1 month of available post-purchase support. This applies to any general questions, directions on how to use the digital asset, etc.

9b). MC-Shop retains the right to remove your lifetime support if you are deemed to be undeserving of such priority assistance (immature, disrespectful, etc.) If this situation does occur, you will not be given any form of refund or granted chargeback due to your ability to request support being nullified. 

10. SALES AND DISCOUNTS

10a). Due to the nature of the digital assets being sold, the sales and discounts are presented every time you or another party visits the MC-Shop website or store. You as the customer acknowledge that the price you pay may be cheaper or more expensive than that of another customer.

10b). Under the circumstances that the price you’re paying ends up being more expensive, you will not be provided compensation in any form. You as the customer by purchasing from MC-Shop acknowledge that all purchases are final and there will be no adjustments made because of a price decrease or discount occurring after successfully purchasing the digital asset.

10c). MC-Shop reserves the right to create and offer discount codes for store use at any given time with or without prior notice for marketing/ad campaigns or other related purposes.

11. DATA COLLECTION

11a). When accessing any portion of MC-Shop you acknowledge and understand that your data has the possibility of being collected and stored for whatever purpose. This information includes but is not limited to Email Addresses, IP Addresses, Search Data, Cookies, Payment Information, Billing Information, Personal Information, and other Key Metrics.

11b). Under the circumstances that you do not wish for your data to be collected, you will not be allowed to access any portion of MC-Shop’s website and store. Should you continue using MC-Shop’s website and store, despite your wishes, your data will continue to be collected and stored. 

12. DATA BREACH

12a). It’s been made clear to you as the customer that your data and information are open to the possibility of being collected and stored, which opens the possibility of data breaches.

12b). Under the circumstances where a data breach occurs, MC-Shop and its representatives will not be held responsible by any means. All data which you provided is presented with an acknowledgment of the possibility of being breached at any time.

12c). If your data or information is breached, MC-Shop and its representatives will not be required to provide compensation in any form, nor will there be any support provided in an attempt to successfully retract your data or information that has been successfully breached.

13. PRIVACY POLICY

13a). As MC-Shop is based out of the United States, all those who access any portion of MC-Shop’s website or store must comply with the United States’s internet laws.

13b). When accessing any portion of MC-Shop’s website or store, you may or may not receive a request to enable cookies. Under the circumstance that the request to enable cookies does not appear, it will automatically be assumed that you accept the use of cookies on MC-Shop’s website or store. If you do not accept the request to enable cookies, you must no longer access MC-Shop’s website or store.

13c). When purchasing from MC-Shop’s store, you acknowledge that you must be 18 years old or older to make a purchase, if underage you must have a parent/guardian’s permission to make a purchase. MC-Shop and its representatives will not be held responsible nor will provide support for any issues that occur if this policy is not followed.

14. MISCELLANEOUS

14a). When accessing any portion of MC-Shop’s website or store, you acknowledge that these terms and conditions hold the highest authority. Under no circumstances will any third-party contracts, terms, or agreements lead to MC-Shop’s Terms of Service being deemed adherent.

14b). In the situation that you are found to be breaching the terms and conditions discussed throughout this document, you are to accept all consequences. There will be no form of dismissing or excusing a customer from said consequences after breaching this Terms of Service. 

CONCLUSION

By accessing any portion of MC-Shop’s website or store, and reaching the conclusion of this Terms of Service you acknowledge that you have thoroughly read all terms and adjustments made to the above terms and conditions.

Under no circumstance are you to continue to use or access other portions of MC-Shop’s website or store if you are confused or disagree with the above terms and conditions. If this is the case, you are to immediately contact a representative via a support ticket to remedy the issue. Failure to contact support will be viewed as automatic confirmation to agreeing with the above terms and conditions.
